- All Pivoi products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
- To initiate the return process, you must include a valid original purchase order number from www.pivoi.com. Purchases made outside of www.pivoi.com must contact the respective seller for returns.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
- All product refunds will not include the shipping and handling fees.
- Shipping costs related to Returns will be incurred by the customers, unless stated otherwise by our support team. Should you be provided with a prepaid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Pivoi is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
- Products cannot be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
- Promotional Gift Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.
- All items in a Bundle purchase must be returned in its entirety in order to receive a complete refund.
